The Social Development Department seeks to provide resources, employment and educational opportunities to improve quality of life and reduce the need for social assistance for individuals and families living on reserve.

The Social Development Department supports and empowers members through a variety of community-based programs:

  • Community garden and Elders spirit garden
  • Community Kitchen/Food Pantry
  • School Nutrition Programs
  • Beading Group/Sharing Circle
  • Individual Support and Outreach
  • Social Assistance
  • Adults in Home Care
