The housing department aims to provide adequate, safe, healthy and affordable housing for members through our housing programs.

Our housing services support members through:

  • Rentals
  • New housing and renovations

Application forms for new housing, renovations or rentals are available at the Housing Department office.

We manage 12 social housing rental units, and 2 other rental units. Property management activities include rent collection, arrears collection, maintenance, and annual insurance coverage. There are also 26 individually owned homes in the community.

The Cayoose Creek Operations and Maintenance Department is staffed from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (closed for lunch between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm).  This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. In the event of an after-hours Public Works emergency, such as a no water, the Operations & Maintenance Manager (Paige Flann) can be contacted via Cell at (250) 256 – 8900.  For emergencies during regular office hours, call (250) 256 – 4136 Ext. 212 and or email publicworks@cayoosecreek.ca
